We serve Hill Country Care, Ledgestone, and Stonebridge nursing homes with a Communion Service and bedside Eucharist. On Sundays, we provide the Eucharist at Hill Country Care.

Hill Country Care - Thursdays
10:00 a.m. - Communion Service 
10:00 a.m. - Mass is celebrated on the last Thursday of the month                                                                                                                                                                                              
Ledgestone - Wednesdays
9:45 a.m. - Rosary
10:00 a.m. - Communion Service
10:00 a.m. - Mass is celebrated on the 3rd Wednesday of the month

Stonebridge - Thursdays
10:30 a.m. - Communion Service                                                                                                  
10:30 a.m. - Mass is celebrated on the 1st Thursday of the month

We also serve the homebound in this way as well as extra visits. Please pray for our Catholic homebound and nursing home residents as they continue to become more vulnerable with time.
